Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and AsiaBoleh ("Platform", "We"). This document takes effect as soon as you access, register, or use any part of the asiaboleh platform, whether through the official website at asiaboleh.onl, the mobile app for Android or iOS, or any other official channels.
By continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all rules stated herein. These terms should also be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall framework governing use of the platform.
User Eligibility
The asiaboleh platform may only be used by individuals who fully meet the following requirements. We strictly enforce these requirements to ensure a safe, responsible gaming environment that complies with industry guidelines.

- Residing in or accessing the platform from a region permitted under asiaboleh's current operating policy.

- Never banned, suspended, or had an account removed from AsiaBoleh for fraud or prior terms violations.
Account Registration & Management
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account at AsiaBoleh. Attempting to create multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits, take advantage of new promotions, or evade any restrictions is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
Registration Details
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and any identity verification documents required during the KYC process. False or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension.
Password Confidentiality
You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. asiaboleh will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the asiaboleh account holder.

General Betting Rules

- Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under circumstances determined by asiaboleh management.
- Asiaboleh reserves the right to void or reject any bet suspected of involving manipulation, fraud, or system abuse.
- The results of all games and matches are final once confirmed by the recognised official source.
- In the event of a technical error during bet placement, asiaboleh reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the funds to the user.
- The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game type are as displayed in the platform interface at the time the bet is placed.

General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before wins from that bonus can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or directly converted to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
- Each promotion may only be claimed once per user, per household, per device, or per IP address unless otherwise stated.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the asiaboleh platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where appropriate.

Account Closure & Suspension
Users may close their account at any time by contacting the asiaboleh support team via live chat on the platform. Before closure is processed, all eligible balances will be transferred to your registered bank account in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Asiaboleh also reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, or activities that compromise the integrity of the platform. In such cases, an internal investigation will be conducted and asiaboleh's decision shall be final.
Liability Limit
Asiaboleh shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from technical disruptions, system failures, or events beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or third-party service provider outages.
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal in their area of residence. asiaboleh does not provide legal advice and is not liable for any legal implications users may face as a result of using the platform.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Asiaboleh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The latest update date will be noted at the top of this document for your reference.
Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your balance before the new terms take effect.
